About Us
Suraya Iller, mother of two, has aways had a passion for baking and helping those around her. While living in Peru and working for the World Action Foundation, she decided to turn that passion into a profession and enrolled in culinary classes specializing in baked goods and cake decorating.
Suraya founded Loving Nutrition, a gluten free, egg free, and vegan bakery in 2011. Suraya had noticed that many children on gluten free and vegan diets do not have the opportunity to have specialty birthday cakes featuring their favorite characters or many of the other delicious sweets that their peers enjoy. Along with her husband, Joseph Iller, a social skills specialist for children with special needs, Suraya set out to help families provide delicious treats and flavorful food for special needs children on very restricted diets.
A ServSafe Certified company, today Loving Nutrition hopes to bring great food to people all over to world with special needs diets.
